Dr. Arthur J. Bruckheim has over twenty-five years of professional technical and executive management experience spanning both senior level government and industry positions. Since 1995, Dr. Bruckheim has provided technical and business development consulting services on domestic and international projects in:

Experience

Dr. Bruckheim’s professional experience includes management positions in government, industry, and not-for-profit institutions. He has held senior positions at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, where he initiated the Technology Grand Challenge in Autonomous Vehicles, starting with the inaugural event on March 13, 2004, in the Mojave Desert, followed by the second challenge on October 8, 2005, and culminating in the Urban Challenge on November 3, 2007.

He has also held senior positions at the Science Applications International Corporation, the MITRE Corporation, and Battelle Research.

Dr. Bruckheim has also provided mentoring services to 8(a) and small disadvantaged businesses.
